3-Bedroom Relocated House

2A Morgans Road was a relocatable project in which we utilised the existing 3-bedroom house from 11 Kaweka Street to relocate to this corner site in Tuakau. This house was moved and sited in its existing condition so it had quite an old interior. After it was sited, drainage works, building works and roof repairs were being done outside while the bathroom was ripped down entirely and renovated, and an additional toilet was added to the bathroom. There was additional renovation work around the house in terms of hardware, windows, laundry area, walls, etc. New carpets and composite flooring were installed and the whole house received a fresh coats of paint (Interior and Exterior). Additionally, a new carport was installed and driveway/footpath poured - creating a very smart looking property.
