Our Approach

At Kemkar Group, we are dedicated to locating promising development properties and constructing beautiful homes. Our project locations are selected with care, taking into account proximity to schools, public transportation, and commercial centers. This ensures that future residents have easy access to the activities that make up their daily lives, benefitting both homeowners and landlords.

We conduct a thorough feasibility study for each potential development project to ensure that our vision for the development aligns with our standardized development system. This study determines whether the expected total sale value of the development is commensurate with the cost and ease of development. Only properties that pass this initial feasibility study and after due diligence is conducted will be purchased.

At this stage, we will seek investors' funds solely to finance the construction and subdivision costs of a development. Our commitment to and belief in the success of the development are demonstrated by the initial feasibility study, due diligence, and purchase of the development property. Construction begins only after consents have been granted.

Depending on the quality of offers received from potential buyers, houses may be pre-sold or sold after construction is completed. We work exclusively with successful real estate agents who have a proven track record. Settlement of houses is done as per the agreement, typically within 5-10 working days, after a Code of Compliance Certificate and title have been issued.
