Manish Kemkar
Managing Director
Kemkar Capital | Kemkar Construction
Manish Kemkar is the Managing Director of Kemkar Capital and Kemkar Construction. He has over 25 years of business experience, and has owned and managed various businesses before getting into property development. Manish completed a Diploma in Construction - Quantity Surveying to complement his experience of doing individual projects in the past. Since then, he has successfully completed and sold multiple developments. Now, he is looking to take Kemkar Group to the next level by increasing the scale of operations.

Manish is married to Sapna and they have three children (including the dog) and they have worked together as a team for the last 15 years building various businesses. Manish enjoys spending his free time with the family, watching movies and reading books.
Chris Harris
Project Manager
Kemkar Construction
Chris Harris works with Kemkar Construction as a Project Manager - he has unparalleled experience in the building industry. He has been a licensed builder for over 40 years now and has been managing residential building projects for a number of years. In addition to this, he was previously developing homes around Auckland for many years. He has diligently managed Kemkar Group's projects for the last 5 years. Chris is a Lecturer at UNITEC, Mt Albert and lectures on medium to Large Construction topics, both Degree/Diploma papers.
Chris is married to Lisa and they have five children, and have just become grandparents. Outside of his professional endeavours, Chris has a keen interest in hunting, fishing and thoroughly enjoys the Coromandel lifestyle over the summer.
Yash Kemkar
Development Analyst
Kemkar Capital
Yash Kemkar is a graduate who has graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Civil Engineering, along with a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Economics. He joined Kemkar Construction as a Project Assistant - working alongside Chris. In addition to being a Project Assistant, he works as a Development Analyst under Kemkar Capital - finding new potential developments and working with Manish to bring them to construction stage.
Outside of work Yash enjoys working out, reading and developing his public speaking skills. Some of his favourite books are Rich Dad Poor Dad, Total Recall and Psychocybernetics.
