Kemkar Capital and Cygnus Law may collect personal information in connection with your application for Redeemable Preference Shares in Kemkar Capital. This policy explains how they collect, use, disclose and protect that personal information.

You are not required to provide the personal information that each of them request but, if you choose not to do so, in many cases they will not be able to complete required processes and Kemkar Capital may not be able to accept your application or issue Redeemable Preference Shares to you.

in the case of Kemkar Capital, to contact you about other investment opportunities;
