36A King Street was a relocatable project on a nice section behind an existing house. The site itself is quite flat and was relatively easy to construct on and deal with. We purchased a renovated house from a yard in Drury and relocated it to this site in Waiuku - it is quite a nice road and is very close to the Waiuku town centre. In comparison to 2A Morgans Road, Tuakau, it was a much simpler project as the interior of the house was 90% completed. We sited the house, installed a new deck, fence, driveway and carport on the property itself. And inside the house, new composite flooring, lush carpet, executive wardrobe shelving were installed. Additional hardware was also installed as needed. The house was sold to an investor almost a month prior to the project being completed.
